boffin's are fretting that the end of the blue marble is nigh. all due to human's callousness towards nature.
so what if the human race will die off soon? to begin with, they are becoming splendidly dafter by the day. so what difference does it make if earth could not sustain them any longer?
as enscribed by the letter b @ March 31, 2005 07:26 AMYou gotta love ebola! Best diet on the planet, drops weight quicker than anything.
If you're into your diseases and the destruction of the human race may I suggest getting hold of some Resident Evil stuff? The films are typically boyish (big guns, explosions etc.) but the games are well smart.
as blahed by Miles @ April 2, 2005 07:47 PMwell, the wipe out could be human assisted. like infecting them with a potent mix of viruses like ebola, HIV, avian flu, and a dash of yersinia pestis! and earth, together with plants and other lifeforms would be saved!! hurrah!!!
but of course first of all only a select few of us should go hide/protect /immunise ourselves and then watch the disaster unfold before our very eyes..... crikey, it sounds almost akin to 28 Days!
as blahed by the letter b @ April 2, 2005 05:24 AMI don't think the human race would die out on its own, were the kind of organism that would take everything with it if it went. Out of fuoosil fuels? Just burn a penguin! Explotation would just increase tenfold.
as blahed by Miles @ April 1, 2005 09:40 AMi posed the question with reference to the scientists' worry of a dying earth not able to support humankind. you'll never know, if humans are wiped out, climate change may turnaround and earth will be what it is way before the emergence of homo wotsit.
no, i've never heard of perodicticus potto but now i do :) thanks for the tip. and yes Edna Mode rocks :D
p.s. Edna Mode rocks
"It is a hobo suit darling, you cannot be seen in it."
Human race dying off I do not have a problem with, but if the Earth goes everything on it will go too, and their are far too many cool animals here to let that happen, have you heard of Perodicticus potto before?
I heard somewhere that climate change is going to be irreversible in about 10 years, so if we're going to commit wipe out the humans it better be soon!
