tuned

more kewl tunes whilst on my way to work in a cab earlier today:

africa - toto
do you know your way to san jose? - dionne warwick
rhythm of the falling rain - the cascades

rhythm of the fallblah used to be my secondary school class anthem. we even warbled it - usually the first few lines - in between classes while waiting for the subject teacher to arrive.

we just lurved to warble. we all were.

for a 14-yr-old back then, the lyrics didn't matter much innit? or were you refering to the tune?

like, when i was flipping through my music book which i still keep the other day, i cringed at the words to Air Supply's songs.

Africa by Toto is perhaps the worst of all 1970s schlock rock. That is the lowest point of all modern music.
