the letter b recommends...

marks & sparks organic camomile, limeflower and lavender tea. it has this soothin refreshin effect on jangly nerves. must be the lavender bits working its magic.

hmm. on second thoughts, it could be purely psychological.

oh dear, have i become genteel? image of the letter b in woollen cardigan, tweed skirt, a pair of "sensible" shoes and a string of pearls comes to mind.. not to mention blue-rinsed hair, holding a pot of freshly-brewed tea in one hand, and a plate of freshly-baked scones in the other [all purchased from marks & sparks] , going: "..you could do with some tea, luv..".

bleh. a pirate is the better option pour moi.

I find rum's often a good choice, you can "pretend" to be a pirate.

Never been fond of tea, but M&S do good jeans.

nay i stick with tea, mate, cos vodka could be too strong for the nerves.

You don't need tea mate, what you need to calm those jangly fuckers is Vodka with a capital V.
